Antique Aeroplane Restoration
All of the parts laid out in this picture have gone through the entire restoration process, from cleaning & stripping, to inspection and repair to acid-etch, alodining and epoxy-priming. In the foreground are horizontal stabilizer trim components and the newly fabricated belly birdcage. The tables near Larry and Mark hold engine baffles and exhaust tubes, the rudder and yoke control tubes, fuel tank belly bulkheads, engine mount, and various instrument panel fittings. The fuselage frame is cradled on its side to the left- it too has been cleaned, inspected, repaired and primed.
